Bonuses for Fiscal 2014 were paid in Restricted Stock Units, as further detailed in the above table. The number of Restricted Stock Units was determined by multiplying the Fiscal 2014 Target Bonus Amount by the Achievement Level (equal to the Total Value of 2014 Bonus Earned) and divided by the closing price of the Company’s common stock on November 26, 2014. The Restricted Stock Units were granted on November 26, 2014 and will vest in full on December 5, 2014.
