Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers

 

On December 7, 2005, Emerging Vision, Inc. (OTCBB – ISEE.OB) issued a press release announcing that, on December 7, 2005, Samuel Herskowitz, its then Co-Chief Operating Officer and Chief Marketing Officer, would no longer serve as its Co-Chief Operating Officer, but would continue to serve as its Chief Marketing Officer. As a result, Myles Lewis became the sole Chief Operating Officer of the Registrant. A copy of such press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto. The press release is incorporated herein by reference.
