On January 19, 2007, the Amaru, Inc. a Nevada corporation (the "Company") issued
a press release announcing that the Company's common stock is now trading
on the NASD's over-the-counter Bulletin Board ("OTCBB")under the symbol
"AMRU". The Company's common stock was previously trading on the Pink Sheets.
Exhibit 99.1 is a copy of that press
release. The information contained therein shall not be deemed "filed" for
