Resolution on Eurobond Issue
On June 4, 2003, Kookmin Bank announced that it decided to issue Eurobond in
amount of US$ 200 million. Details are as follows.

. Maturity December 10, 2007
Interest rate will be determined on the pricing date. The issue amount may be
subject to change upon the market condition and investors' responses. Those
