On December 12, 2013, the Board of Directors of the Company appointed Stephan A. Rapaglia as Chief Operating Officer of the Company, effective January 1, 2014.  Mr. Rapaglia, age 43, has served the Company as Senior Vice President since December 2012, as Assistant Secretary since December 2009, and as Real Estate Counsel since August 2008.  He served as Vice President and Real Estate Counsel from August 2008 to December 2009.   Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Rapaglia practiced law in the private sector.
