On November 4, 2010, ONEOK Partners, L.P. announced it will participate in the Bank of America Merrill Lynch Global Energy Conference on Friday, November 12, 2010, in Miami, Florida.  A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
 
The presentation will be webcast and will be accessible on ONEOK Partners’ website, www.oneokpartners.com.  A replay of the webcast will be archived for 30 days after the conference.
