ITEM 9.  REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE AND ITEM 12. RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION

On December 10, 2003 at approximately 7:40 am Eastern Time, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, R. Scott Turicchi, spoke at The First Albany Annual Growth Conference in New York City. In his presentation, Mr. Turicchi announced that the Company has reaffirmed its financial guidance for Q4 2003.

Attached as Exhibit 99.1 are PowerPoint slides that Mr. Turicchi presented at the Conference. An archived version of the presentation will be available at the Company’s website www.j2global.com for at least two weeks.
