ITEM 7.01    REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE

On March 13, 2006 at approximately 3:25 p.m. Eastern Time, the Company’s Co-President and Chief Financial Officer, R. Scott Turicchi, spoke at the JP Morgan Global Internet Conference. Consistent with j2 Global’s Policy on Publicly Released Guidance, Mr. Turicchi did not comment on the Company’s financial guidance for the first quarter of fiscal 2006 or financial outlook for fiscal year 2006.
