8.01. Other Events.
Vectren
Corporation (the Company) announced on Wednesday, September 13, 2006, that
its
wholly-owned subsidiary, Vectren Energy Delivery of Ohio (VEDO), has received
approval from the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) to implement a
conservation program and a rate design change that moves away from volumetric
ratemaking and aligns the Company’s and customers’ interest to conserve natural
gas. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report
on Form 8-K.
In
