Vectren Corporation announced the retirement of two board members, John M. Dunn and Richard P. Rechter, at its Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on May 19, 2010. Mr. Dunn is retiring in compliance with the corporate governance guidelines and Mr. Rechter decided to retire after 26 years of service.
