On August 9, 2006, 3D Systems Corporation issued a press release and held a conference call and webcast to discuss the delay in filing its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended June 30, 2006 and preliminary operating results for the second quarter of 2006.  A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1, and a copy of the slides for the webcast are attached as Exhibit 99.2, to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
