On August 13, 2006, 3D Systems Corporation issued a press release announcing that it plans to hold a conference call and webcast at 6:00 a.m. Pacific Time (9:00 a.m. Eastern Time) on Tuesday, August 15, 2006, to discuss its financial results for the second quarter and first six months of 2006.  A copy of the press release, which contains additional information regarding how to access the conference call and webcast and how to listen to a recorded playback of the call after it is completed, is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
