As previously announced, Stephen B. Lamson is retiring. In connection with his retirement, Mr. Lamson did not stand for re-election as a Director at Simpson Manufacturing Co., Inc.’s (the “Company’s”) annual meeting of stockholders held on April 16, 2007, at which time he completed his term as a Director of the Company. Mr. Lamson also resigned as an officer of the Company on April 18, 2007.
