Apogee Technology, Inc. (the “Company”), filed a press release on May 16, 2007 detailing recent developments concerning its Medical Products Group and its Sensor Products Group  and highlighting certain financial information presented in its quarterly report on Form 10-QSB, for the quarter ended March 31, 2007.
