Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On October 24, 2007, Quidel Corporation issued a press release announcing the financial results for its third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2007 and will hold an earnings conference call at 2:00 p.m., Pacific Time, on October 24, 2007 to discuss such results. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K.
