Subject: Corporate Announcement

 

This is to inform you that Mr. Mrinal Sattawala, Patni’s Chief Operating Officer (COO), will be taking an Advisory position with the Company. He will therefore, with immediate effect, no longer continue as COO.

 

As a COO and previously as an Executive Vice-President, Mr. Sattawala oversaw the Company’s growth over the last twenty years. His efforts in forging many of the long-term customer relationships that the Company currently enjoys, drove the expansion of the Company and served as the catalyst for the Company’s emergence as a recognized global leader in IT service industry.
