On July 12, 2013, the requisite Italian Internal Dealing form was made publicly available and was also filed with Borsa Italiana and CONSOB to disclose the transactions described below. Mr. Leonardo Del Vecchio’s wife, Nicoletta Zampillo, acquired 12,500 ordinary shares of the Company on each of June 6 and June 11, 2013. The shares were acquired in market transactions on the Milan Stock Exchange’s Mercato Telematico Azionario at an average price per share of Euro 39 and Euro 37.85, respectively.
