On August 25, 2014, the requisite Italian Internal Dealing form was made publicly available and was also filed with Borsa Italiana and CONSOB to disclose the transactions described below. On August 20 and 22, 2014, Delfin S.à r.l. acquired 1,000 and 15,500 ordinary shares of the Company. The shares were acquired in market transactions on the Milan Stock Exchange’s Mercato Telematico Azionario at an average price per share of Euro 38.7225 and 38.3939, respectively.
