Item 2.02. RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.
On August 8, 2016, American Science and Engineering, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing financial results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2017 ended June 30, 2016. A copy of the press release is attached herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
