Core Earnings – Equals net income excluding the impact of certain significant transactions including acquisition and integration related expenses associated with completed and pending acquisitions and property valuation adjustments related to strategic branch initiatives. Core Deposits – Includes demand, savings, money markets, and NOW accounts.
