Item 8.01 Other Events.

 

In order to comply with certain regulatory requirements, on April 12, 2017, the Board of Directors of Argan, Inc. changed the record date for the previously announced quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share from April 20, 2018 to April 23, 2018. The dividend is payable to stockholders on April 30, 2018.
