On April 11, 2008, Commonwealth Edison Company (ComEd) will participate in the Berenson and Wall Street Access Midwest Utilities Seminar. Representatives from ComEd will discuss the current electric distribution rate case and Illinois regulatory issues, using presentation slides that were included in the materials previously filed in the Current Report on Form 8-K on April 2, 2008 in connection with the Morgan Stanley Global Electricity and Energy Conference.
