Other Events.

 

On March 28, 2016, Support.com, Inc. (“Support.com” or the “Company”) issued a press release confirming that it had received a notice from VIEX Opportunities Fund, LP - Series One, part of a series of VIEX Opportunities Fund, LP, a Delaware series limited partnership, of its intention to nominate five candidates to stand for election to Support.com’s Board of Directors at the Company’s 2016 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.  The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
