The Company expects to report net sales of approximately $8,156,000 for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2006, as compared to net sales of $9,103,000 for the quarter ended March 31, 2005. The Company expects to report net income for the quarter ended March 31, 2006 of approximately $220,000 compared to net income for the quarter ended March 31, 2005 of $84,000.
