20-F, 10-Q and Form 10-QSB, N-SAR, N-CSR or the transition report or portion
thereof, could not be filed within the prescribed period.
Although
the management of Atlas Technology Group, Inc. has been working diligently
to
complete all the required information for its quarterly report on Form 10-QSB
for the quarter ended March 31, 2008, and a substantial part of such information
has been completed as of this date, our management does not believe the Form
10-QSB can be completed by the May 15, 2008 prescribed due date without
unreasonable effort and expense.
