(b) Resignation of Officer

Effective January 23, 2009, Gregory S. Curhan resigned from his position as Executive Vice President of Merriman Curhan Ford Group, Inc. Robert E. Ford, currently the President and Chief Operating Officer of Merriman Curhan Ford Group, Inc., will relinquish the role of Chief Operating Officer  and Peter V. Coleman, the Chief Financial Officer,  will add that role.  Mr. Curhan will continue to be an advisor to Merriman Curhan Ford Group, Inc. to ensure an orderly transition of his duties.
