Other Events.

 

On March 14, 2019, the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of Majesco approved the proposed transfer by Majesco Limited to Majesco Software and Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. (“MSSIPL”), a subsidiarity of Majesco, of all of Majesco Limited’s insurance software business in India, which includes, among other things, Majesco Limited’s customer contracts and certain employees servicing this business, for a total value of approximately US$3.5 million. The consummation of the foregoing transaction is subject to approval by the shareholders of Majesco Limited.
