Item 8.01
Other Events.

On August 15, 2008, CarMax, Inc. extended its warehouse facility limit by $300 million.  The total warehouse facility limit increased to $1.4 billion, and, as of August 15, 2008, unused warehouse capacity totaled approximately $899.5 million.  The warehouse facility is used to securitize auto loan receivables originated by CarMax Auto Finance.
