Silicom Ltd. (the “Registrant”) held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on December 21, 2010 at 12:00 noon Israel time at the Registrant’s offices at 8 Hanagar Street, Kfar Sava 44000, Israel (the “Meeting”). Copies of the Meeting, Proxy Statement and Proxy Card relating to the Meeting were filed on Form 6-K by the Registrant on November 12, 2010. The Registrant is announcing that the resolutions relating to: (i) the increase of salary of the Registrant's CEO (the "CEO") and the Registrant's active Chairman of the Board of Directors (the "Chairman"); and (ii) the approval of option grants to the CEO and the Chairman, were duly passed at the Meeting.
This report on Form 6-K is incorporated by reference into all effective registration statements filed by the Registrant under the Securities Act of 1933.
