Silicom Ltd. (the “Registrant”) will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on July 31, 2013 at 12:00 noon (Israel time) at the Registrant’s offices at 8 Hanagar Street, Kfar Sava 4442537, Israel (the “Meeting”).

In connection with the Meeting, on or about June 28, 2013, the Registrant will commence mailing to shareholders the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting, Proxy Statement and Proxy Card.
