Raymond Debbane is the sole member of Ulys, L.L.C. Accordingly, each of Invus Advisors, L.L.C. Ulys, L.L.C. and Raymond Debbane may be deemed to be indirect b eneficial owners of the reported securities. Each of Invus Advisors, L.L.C.
