Remarks: Mr. Wiertel earned a performance award equivalent to 3,200 shares of issuer's common stock for the performance period July 2009 to December 2010, pursuant to the issuer's Long-Term Incentive Plans. Payment of the performance award was approved on February 9, 2011. Mr. Wiertel elected to have the Company withhold 1,024 shares to pay taxes. As a result of the award, Mr. Wiertel increased his direct ownership to 3,455 shares of issuer's common stock. He also owns options to purchase 70,000 shares of the issuer's common stock and the right to acquire 6,800 restricted stock units if certain conditions are met. |
