Ellington Financial LLC (the "Company") previously announced in a press release issued on September 19, 2011, that its senior management team will make a presentation at the JMP Financial Services and Real Estate Conference at approximately 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Monday, September 26, 2011 at The St. Regis in New York. A copy of the Company's presentation materials will be available on the Company's web site, www.ellingtonfinancial.com, under "For Our Shareholders - Presentations" starting at approximately 1:00 p.m. on September 26, 2011.

The Company has also opted to make a web cast of its presentation available.
