Notification of Interests of Directors
The Company was informed on 17 October 2005 by Donald Nicholson, Finance Director of SkyePharma PLC, that on 17 October 2005 he
purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 35.00 pence per share. As a result of the transaction Mr Nicholson now
has a beneficial interest in 641,916 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
