Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

 

Michael J. Mancuso, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has informed General Dynamics Corporation (the “Company”) of his intention to retire. Mr. Mancuso will continue in his role as Chief Financial Officer of the Company until his retirement, which is expected to take place during the second quarter of 2006. The Company has initiated an internal search to identify Mr. Mancuso’s successor.
