On April 17, 2006, the Company issued a press release announcing (1) the appointment of Peter Dorsman as Vice President and General Manager, Systemedia Division, (2) the resignation of Lee Schram from his position as Senior Vice President, Retail Solutions Division, and (3) the appointment of Dan Bogan as Interim Senior Vice President, Retail Solutions Division. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
