On November 1, 2006, the Company issued a press release announcing that Sabine Pass LNG, L.P. priced its private placement of $2,032,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 7.25% Senior Secured Notes due 2013 and 7.50% Senior Secured Notes due 2016.
