The registrants Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2006 (the 2006 Form 10-K) cannot be filed within the prescribed time period because the registrant requires additional time to complete its review of certain additional disclosures with respect to management's report on internal control over financial reporting.
The Company intends to file its 2006 Form 10-K as soon as practicable, and in any event within the 15-day extension period afforded by SEC Rule 12b-25 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
