Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On January 8, 2008, IBERIABANK Corporation issued a press release disclosing a gain on the sale of credit card receivables on January 4, 2008, total nonperforming assets at December 31, 2007, the loan loss provision in the fourth quarter of 2007, and gains on the sale of investment securities in the fourth quarter of 2007. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
