On March 4, 2008, Chicopee Bancorp, Inc., the holding company for Chicopee Savings Bank, announced that the Company is commencing a second stock repurchase program to acquire 353,370 shares, or 5% of the Companys common stock, through a Rule 10b5-1 repurchase plan. The press release announcing the second stock repurchase program is included as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
