On December 17, 2010, YRC Worldwide Inc. announced that the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Arkansas dismissed the complaint filed on November 1, 2010 by ABF Freight System, Inc. (“ABF”). A copy of the news release announcing the dismissal of the ABF complaint is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
