Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
(b) Federal Signal Corporation (the Company) announced that on April 19, 2013, Mark D. Weber gave his notice to the Company of his intention to resign as the President of the Companys Environmental Solutions Group (ESG). Mr. Webers last day as President of ESG will be May 3, 2013, although he has agreed to continue his employment with the Company until May 10, 2013 to consult on operational and transitional issues as necessary.
Mr. Weber has accepted a position as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Supreme Industries, Inc. (NYSE MKT: STS). The Company has no immediate plans to appoint a successor for Mr. Weber.
