ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE

On April 26, 2013, the Registrant disclosed that, as of April 25, 2013, the Registrant’s covered loan portfolio has declined approximately $38 million since March 31, 2013.

Also on April 26 2013, the Registrant disclosed that total syndications were approximately 10% of total loan originations during the three months ended March 31, 2013.

In addition, on April 26, 2013, the Registrant disclosed that it currently expects net interest margin to be range-bound within a level comparable to that of the three-month period ended March 31, 2013 for the remaining three quarters of 2013.
