BankGuam Holding Company (the “Company”) hereby furnishes the following information:
At its meeting on May 27, 2014, the Board of Directors of the Company declared a $0.125 per share quarterly cash dividend. The Company issued a press release on May 29, 2014 regarding the dividend. The dividend will be paid on June 30, 2014 to shareholders of record on June 16, 2014.
A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
