This Registration Statement on Form S-8 is being filed for the purpose of registering an additional 400,000 shares issuable pursuant to the Computer Task Group, Incorporated 2010 Equity Award Plan, as amended. The contents of the Registrants Registration Statement on Form S-8 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on June 11, 2010 (File No. 333-167462) (the Preceding Registration) are incorporated in this Registration Statement by reference.
