On March 2, 2015, Mylan N.V. and Mylan Inc. issued a press release reporting Mylan Inc.’s financial results for the period ended December 31, 2014 and full year 2015 financial guidance for Mylan N.V. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
