TechFaith Regains Compliance Regarding Minimum Bid Requirements

China TechFaith Wireless Communication Technology Limited (NASDAQ: CNTF) (the “Company”) announced that it has received a letter from The NASDAQ Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”), dated March 15, 2016, notifying the Company that it has regained compliance with NASDAQ Listing Rule 5450(a)(1) (the “Rule”). Under the Rule, the bid price of the Company’s American depositary shares (“ADSs”) is required to be at US$1 per ADS or greater.
