Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On August 4, 2016, Harman International Industries, Incorporated (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its (1) financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended June 30, 2016 and (2) fiscal year 2017 guidance and financial outlook for fiscal years 2018 and 2019.
