On May 15, 2018, Micronet Enertec Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2018, and other financial information. On the same day, the Company posted to its website a presentation containing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2018.
