(1) | Conversion on vesting and lapse of restrictions on restricted shares granted on March 6, 2014 under the 2013 Omnibus Incentive Plan. The award vests in four equal annual installments from the grant date. |
(2) | The purpose of this Form 4/A is to remove reporting of the sale of 16,785 shares erroneously reported on a Form 4 filed by the reporting person on 3/8/2017. No such sale was consummated. The sale of shares was not approved by the reporting person. On March 9, 2017, the erroneous sale was not completed through the brokers account before settlement of the sale of the shares had occurred, and therefore, did not occur for purposes of the account of the reporting person. As a result of the nullification of this erroneous transaction, the reporting person did not experience any profit or loss related to these shares of issuer common stock. |
